İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor is a Turkish football club located in Istanbul, Turkey. They play their home games in Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul. The club is owned by Municipality of Istanbul. The club was founded in 1990 when all minor clubs of Municipality of Istanbul were united to form a single club. The club played in Turk Telekom League A since 1996, but after the 2006-2007 season they were promoted to the Turkcell Super Lig where they will compete in 2007-2008.
