A bit of history:
BEC Tero Sasana is a Thailand professional football club who finished runners-up in the inaugural Asian Champions League competition in 2003.
BEC Tero finished third in the Premier League last season and recently provided eight players to the Thai international team.
The team was found in 1992 by Worawi Makudi in Bangkok under the name Sasana Vitthaya School FC. After it was sponsored by Singha Beer and Tero Entertainment, the named was changed to Singha Tero Sasana. Finally, after the BEC World Public Company Limited bought Tero Entertainment, the team name was changed again to BEC Tero Sasana.
In 2006, the team with Arsenal F.C. opened a gift store at CentralWorld in downtown Bangkok.
