A bit of history:
The club was founded as KS Ruch in 1955 in the result of fussion of 2 teams from Wysokie Mazowieckie: Ogniwo and Gwardia. In 60s the name was changed several times: 1961 - LZS Spo³em, 1964 - LKS Ruch, 1967 - MZKS Ruch. Near the milk branch the club came to historical name - KS Ruch - in 1992. In 1996 the sponsor decided to add his trade name “Mlekovita” and footballers was playing as Mlekovita-Ruch. From 2001 to 2006 the part “Ruch” was deleted from club name and there was a begining of Mlekovita Wysokie Mazowieckie. Changed in 2006 to current name - KS Freskovita Wysokie Mazowieckie.
