A bit of history:
When Football Club (in Dutch "vv") Tolbert was founded in 1946 there was no logo. The club played in a white shirt and a black short. It took until approximately 1959/1961 that the current logo was designed. Around that time Tolbert was playing in blue and white already. Caused by the colors of the shirt by then people mostly think that the Tolbert logo should be blue and white. This is not correct since a long period Tolbert played with a red and white logo on their blue shirt. The logo was situated where the persons heart was, and was colored red like a heart should be. Nowadays the blue logo is used most, but using the red logo is also permitted.
