FC Nistru Otaci is a Moldovan football team, playing in the town of Otaci. Their home stadium is Stadionul Calarasauca.
In 1999-00 season, the club played as FC Nistru-Unisport Otaci due to Nistru was expelled in summer 1999. The Club licensee of Unisport Chişinău was sold to Nistru in order to use Unisport's top flight position to play.
