A bit of history:
Racing Club Barakani is a club from Mayotte playing currently in Division d'Honneur (Mayotte's Premier Division). Their crest was drawn on December 12th 2007 by Johnny Beaufays. Its design show the main colour of the team (yellow and black). This logo contains, of course the club name. A designed "B" is there to remember the first letter of Barakani. A football was added on it to reveal clearly which sport Racing Club Barakani was involved to. Finally 2 seahorses were added to remember coat of arms of Mayotte.
In February 2008 the club changed to a new version of their logo with some slight changes. They've added the foundation date as well as their motto: "Faire honneur aux nôtres" which means "To honor ours".
