A bit of history:

RFC Turkania Faymonville was founded in 1921 as FC Turkania Faymonville. Anyway, 3 years after, on December 27th 1924,, the club was disbanded for not paying a tax of 36,59 BEF (less than 1€) and it's only in 1931 that the club was reaffiliated to URBSFA/KBVB under matricule 1798.

In 1951, FC Turkania Faymonville was promoted in 2nd Provincial Liège, Where they played for 19 years in a row. During this period, on June 12th 1952, the club became Royal Football Club Turkania Faymonville. Unfortunately for them, they were relagted to 3rd Provincial in 68-69 and in 4th twelve years later.

But in 1983, the club won the title in 4th Provincial, and came back in 85-86 in 2nd Provincial, a season in which they've got 43 undefeated games in row. In 1995, the club was once again relegated to the 3rd Provincial, but it was just for a little time, since 3 years later, they were promoted to 1st Provincial where they'll play for 8 years before an historical club date, April 30th 2006, when the club was promoted to Belgian Promotion league.
