A bit of history:
FC Anderlecht Sporting Milan was founded as Sporting Milan at the dawn of 1989 by a group of friends, all fans of the great AC Milan. The club started in Ligue Amateur Travailliste and collected not less than 300 victories in more than 10 years. They finally registered to URBSFA/KBVB in 2003 and started playing in Provincial league in 2003-2004.
The club's crest was designed by Johnny Beaufays using part of both RSC Anderlecht and AC Milan logos to show both roots of the club. The letters ASM (Anderlecht Sporting Milan) were added as well as the club's foundation year.
